Terms and Conditions – Korikya Gaming Platform

By accessing or using korikya in any way — including browsing the site, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and korikya.

If you are using korikya on behalf of another person or entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms. Korikya reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms apply to all users of korikya regardless of how they access the platform — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other device. There is no separate set of terms for mobile users.

To use korikya, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of circumventing these eligibility requirements.

Korikya reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification, korikya may suspend or permanently close your account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each person may hold only one account on korikya. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, is a serious breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone.
• Korikya will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.
• You must notify korikya immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Korikya is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Account details including name, date of birth, and national ID cannot be changed without submitting valid supporting documentation to korikya support.

Korikya supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Maximum single deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your korikya wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may vary during peak periods.

Any attempt to deposit funds obtained through fraudulent means, stolen payment accounts, or money laundering will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities.

Korikya may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that offer only.

• Bonuses are credited to your korikya account wallet and may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates will be stated in each promotion's terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Korikya reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and account closure.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the stated wagering conditions.

All games on korikya — including Beach Volleyball, Bingo, Circus Delight, Monster Fight, Genie's 3 Wishes, Bird Catcher, and 24 Hour Grand Prix — operate using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by any party, including korikya.

• Each game has its own rules, minimum and maximum bet limits, and payout structure, which are displayed within the game interface.
• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, korikya will void the affected round and return all stakes to players' wallets.

• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using korikya to process proceeds of crime.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing korikya staff or other players.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

Korikya monitors all account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Any funds associated with prohibited conduct will be forfeited and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Korikya collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on korikya, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in that policy. Your data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, and comply with legal obligations.

• Korikya is not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform.
• In all cases, korikya's maximum liability to you is limited to the amount of funds held in your korikya account at the time of the relevant incident.

You may close your korikya account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification, provided there are no outstanding investigations or disputes.

Korikya reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving breach of these terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification, or inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months. In cases of account closure due to rule violations, korikya may withhold the account balance pending investigation.

• Accounts inactive for 12 months may be subject to a monthly dormancy fee as stated in the fee schedule.
• Korikya will attempt to notify you before applying dormancy fees where contact details are valid.
• Closed accounts cannot be reopened. Former account holders must register a new account, subject to eligibility requirements.

Korikya may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable. The updated terms will always be available on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

If you do not agree with any updated terms, you must stop using korikya and close your account before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
